Maybe it's just because I'm a relatively new blogger and maybe I'll change my opinion as time goes on, but I'm flattered right now. Hurray! So here we go...

7 Random Facts About Me

I have moved 25 times in 26 years and, no, I wasn't a military brat (though I did join the military at 19 and got out 4 years later). In fact, I'm moving tomorrow!

I love DIY! Here is one of my recent projects. Some of my plans for the holiday season include a deco mesh topiary, a deco mesh door wreath, and this cute ornament tree.

I haven't eaten anything with yeast in it in 3.5 years. This includes, but is not limited to: bread, most flavored chips, soups, crackers, and frozen meals. A holistic doctor did a test and told me I was allergic. I have yet to see a "real" doctor for confirmation. Perhaps I should do that...

I'm married to a merchant marine and he just got his 3rd Mate's (officer's) license! This basically makes me a badass because reasons.

I didn't know how to use Twitter until I started blogging seriously in August.

I was homeschooled during 6th and 7th grades. When I went back to my private school in the middle of 8th grade I got an A on a test I hadn't studied for. At the end of the year they gave me the "most improved" award. Because I was homeschooled. And homeschool kids are obviously dumb. My parents threw the "award" away.
